Start by creating your Eloops account here. Next, choose your theme colors and upload a cover photo, set up your virtual coin, add your company values and activate your reward store. This should take you no more than 30 minutes. And if you have any questions, you can always refer to our help center or chat with us.

Meet with your account manager
It’s time to meet with Customer Success! Define your objectives and come up with a winning strategy in your first meeting with your dedicated CS account manager.

Complete dashboard training
To get the most out of Eloops, you’ll want to know how to use some essential features. Complete a 1-hour training session, and you’ll be able to create and schedule content and monitor engagement entirely on your own!

Schedule 1st month's content
Now it’s time to put everything together and prepare for the launch of your app. Select the content templates best suited to meeting your launch objectives, and customize and schedule them for the first month.

Invite your employees to join!
You’re ready for some company! To invite everyone, you’ll need to either manually upload a static member list or have your IT team meet with us to connect Eloops to your active directory.
