Eloops in Microsoft Teams
Add the Eloops extension to your Teams to get fast & easy access to Eloops. Engage with your team seamlessly, recognize peers, receive rewards for engaging with company content, view your wallet & activate Loopo the Bot - all within MS Teams
Before adding the Eloops app to your MS Teams, make sure that you have an active Eloops account - contact your organization's HR manager to get the initial details needed for login (that includes email and invitation code).
Installation
Install the Eloops app
Go to Apps on your Teams and search for Eloops, select the app and click the Add button. Once done, you will be asked to log in to your Eloops account.

Connect your account
Enter your Invitation Code - a unique code that you are required to enter in order to join your company network.
Enter your work email and click Continue, The next step is entering your MS work email password. After entering these details and selecting the Sign in button the integration is done!

How to pick your rewards
Click Store in the left-side menu to view the items available in your company's customized store.
Click a store item for more information. Before placing an order, ensure the balance in your Wallet covers the item price (displayed in purple below the item name).
To complete your purchase, simply click the purple 'Get it' button and your order will be sent to the store manager.

How to view your wallet
To view your wallet, click on the coin icon next to your profile picture on the top bar.
Below your current coin balance, you will see your P2P coin balance, which specifies the amount available exclusively for P2P transfers.
To the right, you can view your coin activity graph and a list of all your transaction history, which you can filter by date.
Click on My Purchases to view your purchase history and pending orders and on My Gifts & Moments to view gifts and greetings received from the company.
Earning Coins
Engage with company content
Click Inbox in the top or side menu to view all your company's communications that come from Eloops. These include messages, challenges, surveys and quizzes. Click on an item to participate directly on Teams and earn coins for participation.
You can also earn coins by posting, sharing, liking and commenting on the company feed.
Feed
Connect to company culture
Visit the feed to stay updated, connect with your community, and engage in activities.
Click Feed in the top or side menu then add your own post or scroll down to interact with existing ones.
Peer-To-Peer Recognition
Recognize colleagues
Send your colleagues recognition coins along with a private message of appreciation.
Click Peer Recognition in the side menu then enter your colleagues name and type in your private note. Want to enhance your message? Select from a drop down list the company values you think your colleague for embodies.

How to use your Eloops bot
To use the Bot, you must be signed in. Bot Commands
- Sign-in: If you haven’t signed in to your Eloops account yet, you can use the sign-in command!
- P2P: If you would like to send peer to peer recognition and transfer coins to your colleagues, you can use the p2p command.
- Wallet: If you would like to check your virtual coins balance, you can use the p2p command.
- Store: If you would like to check the store or pick your reward, you can use the store.
