  • Marketing & Community Manager (B2B) - Tel Aviv, Israel

    What will I be doing? 🚀

    The Community Manager will be responsible and own the Eloops social media communities and online marketing channels (i.e. Facebook Page). The Community Manager is responsible for moderating User Generated Content that appears and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams.

    Community Strategy

    • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategies and campaigns.
    • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

    Management & Moderation

    • Listening & Reporting
      • Utilitze social listening tools like Radian6 and Buzzlogic to generate insights
      • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
    • Publishing
      • Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates
      • Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calender
    • Moderation
      • Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
      • Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
      • Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand.
      • Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal and client stakeholders.

    What skills do I need? 📖

    • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
    • Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Very high attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
    • [Advantage] Experience working in a startup environment.
  • B2B Sales Manager - Tel Aviv, Israel

    What will I be doing? 🚀

    • Filter, follow up and nurture all leads to drive and expand pipeline.
    • Attend industry events and coordinate meetings at the events to drive pipeline and serve as our frontline.
    • Maintain CRM database with contacts, activity and account summaries.
    • Develop a Target List of B2B prospects.
    • Plan and execute Industry specific campaign outreach.
    • Plan and execute specific campaigns for top level targets accounts.
    • Manage all inbound sales inquiries and website interactions.
    • Targeted outbound reach – Telephone, Email, LinkedIn and other means
    • Work closely with channels and partners to generate sales.
    • Conduct initial discovery calls and opportunity qualification.
    • Conduct online demos of the Eloops platform to prospects and customers.
    • Re-engage opportunities that go dormant
    • Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities as we continue to develop our offering
    • Actively maintain and update all relevant Sales information within CRM
    • Manage a sales pipeline/forecast.
    • Assist in training and education of new Sales hires.

    What skills do I need? 📖

    • 0-3 years of work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience is a +)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
    • Strong organization and time management
    • Intellectual curiosity and problem solving
    • Collaborative and coachable
    • Highly motivated and self-driven
