It’s easy with Eloops’ mobile scavenger hunt, which can be played almost anywhere in the world and encourages team bonding in a way that’s very different from your standard employee engagement activity.
Through a fun, memorable game with a healthy dose of competition, employees work together virtually to solve puzzles and tackle challenges, with all of it recorded on your company’s Eloops app via their photos videos, check-ins at certain locations, real-time updates and trivia responses.
This is not your ordinary team bonding!

After downloading the Eloops app branded for your company, your employees are divided into smaller teams based on preferences you set or automatically by tags or company departments.
Challenges for each team will appear in the app, and team members will have to upload a photo, video or post; answer a trivia question; or scan a printed QR code somewhere outside or in a specific location to complete them.
As soon as they complete a challenge, the next one appears automatically.
Winners are announced once all the challenges have been completed or time has run out, whichever comes first.
The photos, videos, posts and moments are captured in the app and can then be downloaded, printed or displayed in a slideshow.
This game can be custom-built based on company preferences or created and deployed quickly using Eloops’ premade templates.

Refund Policy
- Upfront Deposit - A deposit of 10%-20% of total payment is required. Balance is expected to be paid within 30 days after the activity.
- Deposit + Same Day - A deposit of 10%-20% is required in advance to secure the booking. Balance is expected to be paid within 30 days after the activity.
- Same Day - Full payment is to be made on the day of the activity by credit card, check or bank transfer.
- 7 Days after - Full payment is to be made within 7 days after the activity.
- Postponed - As agreed between Eloops and the customer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Strict - A booked activity can be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled date. If cancelled within 14 days, a 50% charge will apply.
- Flexible - A booked activity can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date. If cancelled within 7 days, a 25% charge will apply.
- Free Cancellation - A booking can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before the activity starts. If cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% charge will apply.
