Take your team on a fun and competitive mobile indoor scavenger hunt.

How it works?

  1. Your group will download the Eloops app and join a branded app created just for your scavenger hunt game.
  2. The group will automatically be divided into smaller teams based on your preferences or automatically.
  3. Groups will be displayed with challenges they will need to complete using their mobile devices.
  4. Challenges can be completed by uploading a video, photo, post, answering a Trivia or scanning a printed QR code with using the app.
  5. Once a team completes a challenge, they will receive their next challenge automatically.
  6. After completing all missions or reaching the maximum time limit, winners will be announced.
  7. All photos, videos, posts and moments are captured in the app. You can download them, print them or display them in a slide-show.

As the game admin, you can track progress, send messages, view a real-time feed of all groups and control every aspect of the game.

Games can be customized with specific needs and challenges or use our pre-made game templates that can be setup within a few minutes.

Refund Policy

Specific payment terms and conditions can be found under the "Additional Information" tab in the activity booking page. The following options are available:

  • Upfront Deposit - A deposit of 10%-20% of total payment is required. Balance is expected to be paid within 30 days after the activity.
  • Deposit + Same Day - A deposit of 10%-20% is required in advance to secure the booking. Balance is expected to be paid within 30 days after the activity.
  • Same Day - Full payment is to be made on the day of the activity by credit card, check or bank transfer.
  • 7 Days after - Full payment is to be made within 7 days after the activity.
  • Postponed - As agreed between Eloops and the customer.
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, check or wire transfer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Any activity and experience is different in terms of resources required to prepare and plan and therefor we provide 3 cancellation options:

  • Strict - A booked activity can be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled date. If cancelled within 14 days, a 50% charge will apply.
  • Flexible - A booked activity can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date. If cancelled within 7 days, a 25% charge will apply.
  • Free Cancellation - A booking can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before the activity starts. If cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% charge will apply.
*Rescheduling a booking up to 30 days before the activity is free of charge.
